The Symposium will take place on 19th November 2015, in Budapest, Hungary.

The official languages of the Symposium are English and Hungarian.
Abstracts should be submitted in English. Presentations should be held either in English or in Hungarian.

Each accepted paper submitted in proper format before 2nd November 2015 will be published on the CD proceedings that will be distributed at the Symposium.

In case a paper included in the proceedings fails to be presented at the conference, the authors will be banned from submitting papers to the conferences of the organizers in the future.

Presentations can be made by using OHP or data projector. Authors are kindly asked to provide the presentation either on CD or USB drive. It is not allowed to present the paper by using own computer.

The conference room is supplied with OHP and data projector with PC.

The dimensions of the posters board are 0.90 m wide, 1.50 m high. Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. The text and illustrations should be bold enough to read from a distance of 1.5 meters Tacks and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters.

To make your poster presentation more comfortable we offer a poster delivery service. This service includes print (colour A0) and installation. To enjoy the advantages of this service we should receive your registration, pdf file of your poster and the 35 EUR poster delivery service charge before 15th November 2015.

Free WiFi connection is available in the building of Óbuda University
