Graduation Ceremony (BSc, MSc)
Dear Graduating Student,
We are pleased to inform you that our Faculty is organizing a Graduation Ceremony for students who have successfully completed their final examination.
Graduation Ceremony
Date and time: Friday, 17 July 2026, 2:00 PM
Venue: ELTE Gömb Aula 1117 Budapest, Pázmány Péter sétány 1/A.
Registration
Only students who register in advance are eligible to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

Please note that no changes to your registration can be made after the registration deadline. If you do not register, we will assume that you do not wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
Registered participants will receive information about their assigned seat via the email address provided during registration.
IMPORTANT!
As a prerequisite for receiving your diploma, you must sign the Diploma Register before the ceremony at the designated registration desk.
Signing period: 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Location: Designated registration desks at Entrance II.
To ensure the smooth running of the ceremony, please take your assigned seat no later than 1:40 PM.
Please attend the ceremony in formal attire (academic gowns will not be worn).
Please do not change your assigned seat, as diplomas will be presented according to the seating order.
Guests
Each graduate may invite a maximum of four guests.
Guests will be admitted from 1:15 PM. They may take their seats in the designated guest area or follow the ceremony from the standing area in the gallery.
If You Are Unable to Attend
If you are unable to participate in the Graduation Ceremony, you will be able to collect your diploma afterwards. Further information is available on the Faculty’s website: https://bgk.uni-obuda.hu/oklevel-kiadasanak-folyamata/
Additional Information
- Please check your Neptun messages and the email address provided during registration regularly, as all further information regarding the diploma ceremony will be communicated through these channels.
- Members of the Students’ Union will be available at the venue to assist you with directions and any questions.
- A limited number of free parking spaces are available on the ELTE campus on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid parking is also available in the surrounding streets.
