This is how the spring of the Bánki JÓK started. In four days, freshmen from the four majors implemented 88 projects, building nearly 88,000 dominoes, which they then knocked down in a joint chain reaction.

In the first half of the training, the students learned about their own way of working with the help of the DISC model, and in the afternoon they practiced project planning, role allocation, coordination, adaptation and redesign.

In the end, not only did the dominoes fall, but a common realization was born:

  • Diversity is not an obstacle, but a resource,
  • Real professional success is always born in a team.
  • At Bánki, we develop the engineers of the future not only professionally, but also personally.
