Meeting with the Executive Director of the Gene Haas Foundation

On September 5, 2025, Kathy Looman, Executive Director of the Gene Haas Foundation, and György Péntek, Operations and Sales Manager at Haas Factory Outlet, paid a short visit to the Bánki Faculty. The main purpose of the meeting was to further strengthen the existing ties between the Foundation and the Faculty, as well as to explore new strategic cooperation opportunities to elevate their partnership to an even higher level in the future.

Representing the University leadership, Prof. Dr. Zoltán Rajnai, Vice-Rector General, attended the event, while the Bánki Faculty was represented by Dr. habil. Tibor Farkas, Dean, and Dr. György Czifra, Assistant Professor at the Department of Manufacturing Technology, Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Technology. We are confident that this collaboration will bring further success to both the Bánki Faculty and the Gene Haas Foundation!
